Little Joys at Winibread Co. 🐣💛

Our porch light has become home to three “Red-Bellied” Robin babies as our kids like to call them. The kids love watching mamma bird come and feed her babies and they try to look for their beaks peaking over the nest.🪺

Need the perfect bread to elevate your grilled cheese game… this Three Cheese Cracked Pepper is IT!!🍞🧀

Made with asiago, parmesan, romano, cracked black pepper, and poppyseed. It pairs sooo well with tomato soup too! 🍅

Life has changed so much…we went from kraft singles and canned tomato soup to homemade roasted tomato soup and now homemade sourdough bread for grilled cheese 🥹 and somehow it’s become one of my husband’s favorite meals.

I made an extra loaf if anyone would like to snag it!

I ended up baking a few extra Three Cheese Sourdough Bagels and they turned out SO good 💛

Loaded with asiago, parmesan & romano with that perfect chewy sourdough texture. My favorite kind of bagel to toast and eat with butter 😍

We are all focused on Mother’s Day this weekend so I thought I’d show a little love to the teachers.

Teacher Appreciation Week called for something extra sweet 💛🍎

My daughter put together these little baskets and I made homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls for my daughters’ teachers this week and honestly it made my heart so happy. Teachers pour so much love, patience, and energy into our kiddos every single day, and I’m grateful I get to teach my daughter to show appreciation in many ways.

There’s just something special about homemade goodies and thoughtful gifts that feels like a warm hug 🫶

Okay but can we talk about this crumb 😍🍞

Tried my hand at a sweet loaf pan sourdough and while I’m still learning the shaping side of pan loaves… this one turned out SO good. The chocolate pockets, the soft texture, I had the hardest time waiting to cut into this!

Every loaf teaches me something new and honestly that’s becoming one of my favorite parts of this journey 💛

This weekend’s bake 💛

Working on sourdough cinnamon rolls. Trying to perfect my recipe one batch at a time.

Still testing out packaging and dialing in the perfect glaze, but my husband said this is the best batch yet… so I’m onto something!

Soft, fluffy, and packed with cinnamon sugar goodness 🤤

This jalapeño cheddar sourdough loaf headed out today, and this one felt extra special.

This loaf was made as a small “thank you,” and it reminded me why I love doing this so much… creating something homemade that feels like a warm hug 🫶
