Let me start off with I do custom orders. I confirm allergies, colors, and designs. When I send pictures of the decorations I will be using and how the cake will be decorated that is how I will decorate it. Unfortunately there was a thumbs up and I should have confirmed again with how the cake would be decorated because after fixing the cake for the 3rd time I told them no I would not be changing anything else and the order was canceled. LOTS of miscommunication and I have NEVER had this happen before.
Please remember when ordering if you add a thumbs up to how the cake is going to be finished that you are approving final design. I was able to recoup some of the money that I put into this cake, but not the cost to redecorate it 3 times and it was a lesson learned for me.
Going forward I will be sending a cake order form to all orders to prevent this in all future orders.
Non-Refundable Venmo deposits of 1/2 down will be required at time of order.
