Starting soon, Rosie Helen’s Treats & More will be donating a simple birthday cake OR a dozen cupcakes every month to a child whose family is experiencing homelessness or financial hardship.

I’ve already been in contact with the Daniel Pitino Shelter to begin making this vision a reality!

This isn't about fancy cakes or elaborate designs.

🎂💜 ROSIE HELEN’S IS GROWING! 💜🎂

If you’ve been following my journey, you already know Rosie Helen’s Treats & More is about MORE than one thing! 🍪🧁🍰🥖🍓

I’ve been making cookies, cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, mini cakes, breads, jams and more — and now I’m putting more time into learning and perfecting my full-size cakes! 🎂✨

This German Chocolate Cake is one of my latest creations, and I’m so proud of the progress I’m making. 🥹💜

I’m still learning. I’m still practicing. I’m still trying new techniques. And that’s the beauty of building a business from the ground up — you grow, you learn, and you get better along the way.

So don’t sleep on Rosie Helen’s… because there’s always something new coming out of my kitchen! 💜💛

The website is officially back up and running! 🎉 You can now browse and place your orders directly through the website:

I’m also making a small change to how orders are handled. Between my Monday–Friday work schedule, my kids’ schedules, and keeping up with baking orders, I want to make sure I’m not taking on more than I can handle.

✨ Orders can be placed anytime through the website!
📅 Pickups will be available on designated days each week.
🚗 Delivery will also be available on designated days for an additional delivery fee.

If you need to pick up your order outside of the designated pickup days, please contact me before placing your order so we can see if another arrangement can be made. I’ll always do my best to work with you when my schedule allows! 💜

This new schedule will help me stay organized, keep from becoming overwhelmed, and make sure every order gets the time, attention, and LOVE it deserves. 🥰
