The orange cranberry scone has been recipe tested, taste tested, and approved and it is now on the preorder site🍊. It’s the perfect intro to fall, with orange zest, orange juice, fresh cranberries, and just the right amount of fall spices, with a turbinado sugar topping for added crunch and texture. Y’all were definitely ready for the fall flavors last week! 🎃 🍎 I figured I might as well keep this good thing going and offer the same items (with the addition of a chocolate chip cookie cheesecake this week). I’m also working on an orange cranberry scone (not on the preorder yet, but once I know it’s right, I’ll add it🍊).

I hope everyone had a fantastic Labor Day weekend, even if you may have been a little sweaty! 🥵 I keep telling myself fall temps are on the way, but I think I forgot I live in KY. 🙃

This week’s farmers’ market line up has a SAVORY SCONE (jalapeño cheddar). It carries a kick, but who doesn’t need a little pick me up?! I’ll also have Oreo cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, and red velvet cheesecake cake (alternating layers of red velvet cake and plain cheesecake). Of course all of the usual suspects will be around too 😉

It might still feel like Satan’s armpit tomorrow, but it will be worth coming out to the Owensboro Regional Farmers' Market! It’s hot yall! I’m over here making strawberry lemon cheesecake for the weekend and savoring every last tomato I can, while some of you are heavy sippin’ some pumpkin spiced lattes. Bless it.
I know that fall weather is on everyone’s wish list, including mine, but until then, you can grab some of the last tastes of summer (including that strawberry lemon cheesecake) before I switch over to my fall menu items.
