I am excited to ANNOUNCE that at the age 65-1/2 (currently), I am retiring from the wedding cake business on Jan. 1, 2022 (which will make me 66 on 1/3/22) to continue my LOVE of my side-gig of aging backwards with Rodan + Fields skincare.

We just finished our second cake delivery for the weekend and boy was that a challenging long drive to Daytona Beach. But it made it and I only had to make a few repairs. Buttercream coverage and fondant decorations throughout. Time to relax now.

Wedding Cake #1 done for weekend. Buttercream coverage, fondant flowers, lace and bands. She wanted her cake to match (or be similar) to her ornament (displayed on table). Wedding cake #2 delivery is tomorrow late afternoon.

When a past bride of mine is having her baby shower (and I don’t have a wedding cake to do), I do their baby shower cake. She asked for elegant gold, ivory, white (a touch of fall). Out the door later today. Everything (except pine cones, rhinestone base band, & clear/white wire in petite baby breathe) is edible.
