We are still baking and fermenting! Feel free to place an order - we make sauerkraut & kimchi weekly and also sourdough bread and kefir bread. And always will make energy bars or other baked goods as requested. :)

For any of you pining for some energy bars or other goodies...I will be selling them at Lenexa Baptist Church's Mom Mart on November 1st, 9 to 12. Also, Molly will be selling some home-made personal care items like all natural lotion and sugar scrub. We'd love to have you come by and see us!

Did you know you can order fresh baked Kefir Bread or Sourdough Bread? Just give us a call @ 913-402-4533 or send us a FB message.

We also have Energy Bars (Protein, Nuts, Seeds, etc.), Kefir & Kefir Pearls, Kombucha or a Kombucha Scoby, and Granola. Or you can order by the pint or quart our cultured veggies (Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Super Salad, etc.). And don't forget our cultured Salsa!!
