As many of you know, we are moving to Beachwood, Ohio in just a few short weeks. Today I packed away my trusty Kitchenaid, bringing the Cake Fairy chapter to a close. What was supposed to be just a fun outlet to express myself turned into over 400 babkas sold, as well as many treats and cakes but most importantly, long lasting friendships. Did you know that 98% of the time, I will only make a strawberry shortcake when I can find Driscoll's strawberries? I will never sacrifice on quality, even if that means paying a premium. Never store brand ingredients, only the finest goes into every baked good.
