More than three years ago, I walked into the North Court Ottumwa Hy-Vee location with a big ask. And someone said yes. Did I have a barcode? No. She made me one. Was I registered with the corporate office for payments? No. She helped me navigate the process. Did I know how to check in with the scanning office? No. She showed me. Y'all I can't say enough how grateful I am for that yes when I really had no clue what I was doing. Today we are 11 Hy-Vee stores and growing and those doors would not have opened without that first yes.

P.S. If you happen to run into Jen Dutcher, who is now at the South Ottumwa location, let her know just how grateful we are for her willingness to open doors and give us a chance!
