This message is to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who supported me these past 5 years at DAYLIGHT DONUTS!
It is with a heavy heart that I had to walk away from the donut shop and close the business. This comes from a place of love and necessity as I needed to step aside for personal reasons. This business was never just a business to me; it was a dream, a purpose and a piece of my identity. It was a life I loved and I truly believed would be forever.
Letting it go has me grieving something I worked so hard to build-long days, late nights, sacrifices, hopes and heart poured into every single moment.
To every customer who showed up, supported me, spoke kind words and believed in what I was creating - THANK YOU! You gave my dream life. You made the hard days, worth it. You turned something small into something beautiful beyond words. To the Donut Team working long nights and sacrificed to the bitter end with me THANK YOU!
A special THANK YOU to Betty Birzer! I loved working with you on the "Donuts for Do-Gooders" program, recognizing some awesome do gooders in our community.
I have so many amazing memories to take with me. Thank you all for being part of my journey. I will carry this experience with me for the rest of my life.
