What a beautiful day for a pickle festival!!! Come see us The Apple Barn of Vermont and try some Dillisciously Wrong whoopie pies, Sour Puss cake jars, Pickle me This cookie, and of course pickle flavored cake pops!! We are here 10-5! 🥒

Phew we made it through another year of the Whoopie Pie Festival!!! We were so busy all day I didn’t get many pictures….thank you to all the brave souls that tried the Lemon Dill Pickle Whoopie Pie, we handed out almost 400 samples of that flavor!!! There is still another chance to try it, we will be in Bennington on Saturday for the Pickle Festival at the Apple Barn. We will most likely be doing a little sampling of them so make sure you stop by!

One of our favorite events!

Fourteen bakers from across Vermont and other New England states will be competing in Rutland this Saturday during the city’s fifth annual Whoopie Pie Festival.

While there’s no charge to attend, whoopie pie tasting tickets will cost $1 each.

Saturday is approaching fast, and it’s going to be a gorgeous day to get to the Whoopie Pie Festival hosted by Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region and of course try samples of all the delicious Whoopie pies!
