If you haven't invested in the larger capacity ice cube trays, I highly recommend them. :) Of course, usage possibilities are endless, but today I portioned out some sauteed greens, added a little water, and voila, next time I make a fruit smootie, I'll pop a bit of greens in it. In fact, drinking one right now. Cheers!!

Well,tomorow, election day is upon us...VOTE...and grab some comfort food to celebrate the end of Campaigning and self-medicate with some good wholesome options for whatever is on the horizon. Soups... Chicken Pot Pie and Salmon Chowder. I know I feel good with the omega-3's and protein... throw in a biscuit or ww bread, stoke the fire, and let freedom ring! Good morning! I will be delivering Vegan Black Bean soup w/cornbread tomorrow in Oswego from 11-11:30am. And then I will be away for a while...heading to North Carolina for my sister's wedding and making it a full fledged vacation trip revolving around much spontaneity so I will not be delivering food until the first Tuesday of November. :)

My new go to anytime meal...sweet potatoes and over easy eggs cooked in coconut oil. So good!!

How can you have your baked potato and sip on it too? By having fresh homemade baked potato SOUP! Delivering in Oswego tomorrow between 11 and 11:30am. Please let me know if you would like some to warm you on these beautiful Fall crisp days. Want to add a slice of coconut cream pie (from scratch of course!)? $4 a generous serving...can order a whole one for $20 (10 inch). Have any special requests for next week? Let me know by this Friday and it will be delivered on Tuesday(Oswego). :)
