I am so excited to be announcing the fundraiser for the Lima Adoption Journey! Lexi and I were in nursing school together and I cannot even tell you enough how wonderful of a person she is. Here is a small story behind the cause from the Limas:
“Hello!!! We are James and Lexi Lima, and we are so excited to be pursuing adoption as a way to grow our family! For the last few years, we have been walking the painful road of infertility. While simultaneously seeking medical advice and treatment, we began wrestling with the idea that adoption might actually be what God has planned for us. But our hearts wanted to feel that we were called to adoption for "adoption's sake," not simply as a second choice since we had been unable to have biological children. We are finally at the point where we know this is how God intends for our family to grow! Our deep desire is to bring a little one into our home and raise them to know and love Jesus. Our hearts also extend towards the expectant parents of our future child. We hope we can show them great love and respect in this whole process. Any donations to our adoption cause will be going to help pay for costs related to the process (home study, agency fees, expectant mother medical costs, travel etc.) Thank you for choosing to love us, our future baby, and their first parents. To kick off the fundraiser we are starting on January 8th and going through February 28th. I do ask that you give me 3 days to make the order of bread and scones fresh for you. For cookies I have specific days for pick up so that I can make them in bulk. That being said, if there is a special occasion you are hoping to have them for, please reach out because I may be able to make that happen for you.
I am a one person shop and I want to be able to make the products to the best of my ability and get them to you the freshest that I can. Thank you for your understanding.
For those of you out of town I do have shipping for the Midwest. It goes by weight so it depends on how large of an order it is. If you reach out I can get an estimate for you. It is $9 for shipping 1-2 loaves of bread and they should arrive the next day. That covers the cost of the shipping materials and the shipping itself.
You could also purchase a gift certificate. For every $10 gift certificate the Lima Adoption Journey will receive $2.

Pick-up: Address will be included when order is confirmed. If delivery in the fox valley is needed please include that preference in order and arrangements can be made.
(Due to gas prices delivery out of Oshkosh will be $2)
