🍞✨ SOMETHING NEW IS BREWING… OR SHOULD I SAY… FERMENTING?! 😂👀

Okay, RHP Family… we’re officially starting a NEW SOURDOUGH STARTER! 🤎🍞

And because I can’t just make something once and call it good… we’re going into TEST BATCH MODE! 🧪😂

I’ll be making a couple of test batches of sourdough round loaves and sending them over to some of the awesome employees at Kalitta to be my official taste testers! 👩‍🍳➡️🍞➡️😋

For the first round, I’m starting with WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 🌾🤎 to see how everyone likes it.

Then, once we’ve put that one through the RHP taste-test committee, I’ll be experimenting with a white unbleached flour starter/batch as well! 👀✨

Because if I’m going to eventually offer sourdough round loaves for sale, I want to make sure they’re delicious, soft, flavorful, and something you’ll actually want to come back for! 🥰🍞

So for now… the starter is growing, the experiments are beginning, and the taste testers are getting ready! 😂🙌

I’ll keep you all updated as we work through the test batches, and once I’m confident in the loaves, I’ll announce when RHP SOURDOUGH ROUND LOAVES will officially be available for sale! 🎉🍞🤎

I’ve been working on a little something behind the scenes, and I’m SO excited to finally share it with you! 🥰

Rayna’s Homemade Pantry is getting a TREAT CART! 🛒🍪🍥🎉

Yep… you read that right! 😂

Starting this fall, I’ll be introducing a Rayna’s Homemade Pantry Treat Cart for those moments when you’re craving something homemade but don’t have time to hop onto my Bakesy site and place an order.

Maybe you’re just driving by 🚗, walking by 🚶‍♀️, out running errands, or simply having one of those “I NEED SOMETHING SWEET” days. 😂🍫

Now you’ll be able to find the RHP Treat Cart, stop by, pick out a tasty little treat, and treat yourself! 🤎🧁

The cart will focus on smaller, grab-and-go goodies, such as:

🍥 Cinnamon Rolls
🍪 Cookies
🍫 Brownies
🍮 Mini Flans
🧀 Mini Cheesecakes — coming later!
✨ And whatever other sweet ideas my baking brain comes up with! 😂

The goal is to make it quick, easy, and convenient for my regular customers AND anyone who happens to come across the cart.

📅 WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT IT?

I’m currently aiming for a launch sometime around the end of October, beginning of November, or possibly mid-November! 🍂🛒

I’ll announce the official launch date, locations, times, and available treats as we get closer!

🥰🍥 CINNAMON ROLL TEST KITCHEN IS OPEN! 🍥🥰

Today’s batch of homemade cinnamon rolls is headed down to Ohio to keep my boyfriend and his military coworkers fueled up! 🇺🇸❤️

Buttttt… I’m switching things up a little! 👀✨

I’m testing out CREAM CHEESE ICING instead of my usual regular icing! 🤤🧁

Because honestly… how am I supposed to know which one everyone loves more unless I let the taste testers do their job?! 😂😂

So now the important question is:

Hi, my sweet friends! 🧁💗 I wanted to share a little update from behind the mixing bowls!

This week is a pretty exciting one for me because I’m officially starting a new semester of college! 📚✨ As much as I LOVE creating sweet treats for all of you, I also want to make sure I’m giving my education the time, attention, and dedication it deserves.

So, I’m taking a short step back to get settled, find my rhythm, and focus on this new season. 🤍
