I'm not normally PROUD of myself BUT I completed two Ms Rachel cakes today with NO power for a 1st birthday tomorrow
! Had to get a generator just to make my buttercream! Lol.. Lordy the things we do for customers! :)

Main cake is a 8in 2 layer vanilla cake with white chocolate and strawberry filling. Smash cake is a 7in 2 layer banana cake with a strawberry buttercream filling and coating then coated again with vanilla buttercream!
