Charlotte's Baked Goods was created in 2013, under the Michigan Cottage Food Law, which allowed me to take my 40 year passion for baking from a hobby to a business venture. To gain more knowledge in the baking field, I enrolled in the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Mott Community College in 2008 and graduated with Highest Honors in 2011 with an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts. I also have a current ServSafe certification.
