Just straight slices and absolutely no concern for whether Mom wanted any. Little brother even popped in for a photobomb because this is clearly a family operation.

🚨 THE BREAD SHED IS OPENING TODAY! 🚨

Well, Biketoberfest brought the motorcycles, Mother Nature brought the drizzle, and apparently everyone forgot they need breakfast tomorrow. 😂

So I’m doing something a little different!

I’m opening up the Seaside Sourdough bread shed for a surprise Saturday afternoon pickup!

🥯 Fresh sourdough bagels
🍞 Sliced sandwich loaves
🌊 Round sourdough boules
🍎 Apple fritter scones
🤎 Cardamom knots

Everything was baked fresh for this weekend, and quantities are LIMITED.

📍 180 Pierside Drive, Ormond Beach
🕞 TODAY, 3:30 to 6PM
🛍️ Walk-up shopping only, pay using digital pay or cash.
🥖 First come, first served!

No ordering ahead. Just stop by, grab something delicious, and consider Sunday’s breakfast handled.

Because nobody should have to cross the bridge for good bread. 😉

Some people come home from Denmark with a magnet. I came home with flour, a sourdough starter, and ideas that require butter. 🇩🇰

A little footage from my Copenhagen baking adventures, with an entirely appropriate level of drama for someone playing with dough.

A few things I learned might be making their way into the fall menu. Strict quality control means I’ll have to eat them several more times first. A burden, obviously.
