Something delightful is coming to Mount Dora... ✨

On June 28th, Ambered Cookies will be stepping into the world of the Modiste Market with a special Regency-inspired bakery display filled with sweet treats worthy of an afternoon tea.

While you'll still find a few of our signature favorites, this event will feature a curated assortment of cookies, thumbprints, mini tea cakes, and freshly baked breads designed especially for the occasion.

We'll also be offering our limited-edition frosted gold bakery boxes and powder-blue gift boxes, perfect for taking home a collection of your favorites—or gifting to someone who deserves a little sweetness.

And of course, keep an eye out for our Diamond of the Season cookie, created exclusively for this enchanting event. 💎

A few months ago, we gave a cookie to a postal worker when we went in to drop off our monthly cookie subscription boxes for shipment.

Recently, she reached out with a special request. When her son asked for a cookie cake for his birthday, she said all she could think about were our amazing cookies. ❤️

Needless to say, we were honored.

So for the very first time, Ambered Cookies created a cookie cake! This one is made with our Triple Chocolate Chip cookie dough, loaded with toffee bits, and finished with a simple buttercream border.

There's something pretty special about being trusted with a birthday celebration, and we're grateful she thought of us.

Happy Birthday to her son, and thank you for letting us be a small part of the celebration! 🍪✨

We're putting together two special giveaway baskets this month and would love to collaborate with a few fellow small businesses!

🏝️ **Aloha Market Giveaway Basket** — June 14
👔 **Father's Day Giveaway Basket** — June 21

If you're a maker, baker, grower, artist, crafter, coffee roaster, candle maker, bath & body creator, or another local small business, we'd love to hear from you.

The idea is simple: each participating business contributes an item, and together we'll create two amazing themed baskets (or more if we possible ☺️) for our market community. Participating vendors will be tagged and featured in our giveaway announcements and promotional posts leading up to each event.

One of our favorite things about being part of local markets is supporting other small businesses, and this feels like a fun way to introduce customers to some incredible vendors they may not have discovered yet.

UPDATE: From the response so far we recommend pre-order. We will only be making 2 batches this week which is 24 cookies 🍪

You asked. Repeatedly. 😏

So... the S’mores Cookie is coming back for another round.

A buttery cookie packed with graham cracker crumbs, stuffed with a giant marshmallow, loaded with dark chocolate, and baked until perfectly gooey in the center.

We thought it might be a one-week appearance.

Apparently, you had other plans.

🔥 Limited quantities.

🔥 Once they're gone, they're gone.

(And yes... the marshmallow pull is every bit as ridiculous as it looks.)

🔗 Friday — Payment links sent
