🇫🇷 One of the highlights of our time in Marseille was taking a hands-on pastry class at Justine Pâtisserie and learning to make authentic pâte à choux for delicious cream puffs. Such a fun experience—and even better to enjoy what we created!

First try at a palette knife cake for a special birthday 🎂✨

Rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, and finished with Swiss meringue buttercream—turned into a little piece of edible art 🎨

Not perfect, but I love the texture and the process 💛
