I am so happy to let you know that we will be at the Barber Park farmer's market on February 19th! We have wanted to come back for so many months!!!! Details will follow but we will have some really yummy cheesecake!!! We look forward to seeing you all there!!!!

It's getting closer to strawberry season, how exciting!!! That means that fresh Florida strawberries are close to ripe! We love using our local strawberries on our cheesecake! They are the perfect topping!!! Order one now, the window is short!

So busy today, I just got home and made caramel and made chocolate mousse for two cheesecakes for tomorrow. One is the Southern Delight and the second is the chocolate mousse and macademia. Thank you Adriana and Pauline for your orders!!!

Mom and I would like to let you know we are ready for holiday orders. If you can't decide on a topping, we suggest the mixed berry for a variety of fruit in a homemade compote, with a center of fresh lemon whipped cream!! Happy Holidays!!!

Blueberries are in season and we would like to suggest the "Red, White and Blueberry cheesecake for any occasion! This cake has blueberries in our own special compote, strawberries and raspberries in fruit sauce with lemon whipped cream. We use no preservatives and make our whipped cream from scratch. Thank you John Z and Sheila for your orders this week and Delnises and Bobbie for your orders for this weekend!

Walking through Costco and here is our answer! A portable cooler, just the right size for two cheesecake boxes. We were scratching our heads on how to get a cheesecake to Deborah Kellogg Lewis, when my Mom goes to Michigan for a visit in May. Guaranteed to keep ice frozen for two days! For your Valentine we are making a mixed berry cake with red raspberry and strawberry with homemade whipped cream and a white chocolate (and dark chocolate too it you'd like) drizzle. Decorated with our own special Valentine's Day touches I think it will make your loved one feel very special.

I want to take a moment to thank my Mom. I would NEVER have been able to make these cheesecakes without her help. She gets up early to help, she cleans the kitchen up everytime, and I leave her a big mess. She does all of the shopping, helps with the planning, baking, decorating, and does all of the delivering. She is my hero, and the best "sous chef" in history!
