Still one of my favorite projects! This little guy was made from delicious white chocolate and had his tail wrapped around the wedding cake. It was all custom designed for one of Sofelle Cake Art's first couples!

It just doesn't get any smoother than with Swiss Meringue.
This cake had all tiers a different flavor...some times it's hard to pick just one. But cheesecake being one of my favorite desserts I'd have to go with the bottom tier; vanilla cake withbstrawberry filling and cheescake flavored butter cream - delicious!

It's been a while since I posted photos! This 3 tier wedding cake for C & C was comprised of Almond Cake with Apricot Preserves and Amaretto Buttercream, AND a custom flavor of lavender cake with Earl Grey Buttercream.
