At the market tonight and bringing Whiskey Brown Sugar Pecan Pie (by the slice or whole), Roasted Pumpkin Pie, Starry Night Brownies with white Ghirardelli Chocolate chips, Dark Rum Roasted Sweet Potato Cupcakes with Toasted Marshmallow frosting and three handmade butters: Orange Cranberry, Pumpkin and Garlic Parsley. 6-10 at Stardust.

It's Dairy-palooza at the market today: unsalted cultured butter, sea salt sweet cream butter, gallberry honey cinnamon butter, and whipped & sweetened creme fraiche--all made with fresh Dakin Dairy cream. Oh, and rice crispy treats, sea salt vanilla cupcakes with fresh strawberry buttercream, and blueberry cupcakes with locally grown organic blueberries.

The cows ate the grass on Tuesday, got milked Wednesday, the cream was FDA inspected Thursday, I picked up the cream on Saturday and am making fresh butter today for tomorrow's market.
