I've been baking for years, and have always found great satisfaction in sharing what I've made. I am also ServSafe Certified.

There's nothing better than knowing that you enjoyed what I made with great care and love for sweets. Not only do I have the experience of baking for my loved ones, I've also had the great opportunity to be a pastry cook intern for Sugar Butter Flour, where I've spent hours learning new things and some of the tricks of the trade.

Even though I’m not as active because of life and work keeping me super busy, I gotta admit it’s a bit of a bummer that my hashtag is no longer just mine after using it for years.

Chè Bắp - Vietnamese corn pudding

My favorite Viet dessert. Made with either mini tapioca balls or sweet sticky rice, mine is with rice and a touch of pandan since I loooooove pandan! Usually it is topped with a thick coconut sauce, but I mixed it altogether so I didn’t have to take care of them separately lol.

Friday afternoon wedding at this winery... the couple chose a great spot. Beautiful location! Semi naked cake with two flavors - chocolate with salted caramel cream and lemon with coconut cream.
