So a customer contacted me this morning inquiring about a regular sweet potato pie. Said he was in town and leaving tonight and wanted a pie. He said he came across my page and saw that I had 5 stars so my pies must be good. Baking wasn’t in my plans today but of course I made it happen. Ended up making 4 pies, so my kids are full of sweets right now.
When we met at a neutral and secure spot to do the handoff I asked him to do a live taste test and give me his honest feedback.
Well let’s just say, I have a new customer and he said every time he comes to town, he will be putting in an order. Also stated he will be messaging his peeps back home about the pie.
I live by my baking and my heart and soul is always added to the ingredients because it’s a passion that I not only enjoy, but love.
