I’m Diana, the proud owner and baker behind Diana’s Sweets and Things. My journey in pastry began in Chicago, where I graduated from The French Pastry School in 2014. Along the way, I had the incredible opportunity to learn from talented instructors and pastry professionals, including Nicolas Lodge, Sunny Lee, Joel Reno, and Face Off artist Anthony Kozart.

Today, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned, along with my own creativity and love for baking, into my very own home-based bakery right here in the beautiful Sunshine State of Florida! 🌴☀️

And this is only the beginning! 🚐🍰

We’re excited to announce that Diana’s Sweets and Things will soon be hitting the road with our very first bakery food truck! We’ll be taking our delicious sweets and treats to the streets and bringing them to cities and communities throughout Florida. 🧁🍪🍓
