I specialize in Cake-pops, that's cake on a stick, dipped in chocolate & decorated any which way. Cupcakes are also a specialty of mine, so you can inquire about those too. I do all types of styles, colors, themes

Pics of the wedding cake and cupcakes I was working on last week. The cake was strawberry and chocolate with a strawberry cream filling. The cupcakes were chocolate with Oreo's and strawberry cream, white cake with pineapple rum filling, and yellow cake with an amaretto filling. It was a success if I do say so myself!

I just made the most delicious Southern Caramel cake ever! Fluffy yellow cake with oooey gooey caramel soaked in it, covered in a thick, rich, caramel frosting. Everything, including the caramel filling is made from scratch. So many sticks of butter, so much brown sugar. I love making these kinds of cakes, not fancy but so delicious. Will post a pic when we cut it.
