My 5 Week Summer Challenge is all about making progress sustainable and realistic for YOU. It’s not a grind for 5 weeks that ends with you immediately reverting back to old habits!

I regularly eat meals like this whether I’m tracking or not because they’re so easy to prep, quick to log, and require minimal decision fatigue.

Yes— making things from scratch can be less expensive and if you want to, you could prep enough of all of these for the week!

I also stand by the fact that if you’re going to save money somewhere in your life, your health is not where you should pull money from. Longevity is worth the investment, and if that means buying some prepared options, I say it’s worth it!

But I also freely admit that..

My marriage is BETTER because of kids. We appreciate each other more, communicate better, and are more intentional.

I can’t imagine my life without both of my girls.

I know there are seasons and trust that the right things will come at the right time. 🤍

Which transition was harder for you?? So far 0-1 was way, way more difficult and I’ve been pleasantly surprised in every way with baby #2 (maybe because my expectations were so low hahah).
