I regularly eat meals like this whether I’m tracking or not because they’re so easy to prep, quick to log, and require minimal decision fatigue.
Yes— making things from scratch can be less expensive and if you want to, you could prep enough of all of these for the week!
I also stand by the fact that if you’re going to save money somewhere in your life, your health is not where you should pull money from. Longevity is worth the investment, and if that means buying some prepared options, I say it’s worth it!
