Tried my hand at Cookie-ing tonight and last night! The little ghost holding a pumpkin is my favorite, but I thought the pumpkin with the black outline wasn't half bad either! I was also particularly proud of my bat 🦇

Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (slightly over cooked - oops 😜)
Great Value vanilla ice cream
1. Bake Cookies
2. 1 scoop of ice cream between 2 cookies

Many of you know, we have moved! I am no longer in Utah, and I won't be able to bake as much because I have taken a full time job! While moving has been fun and exciting, there have been lots of ups and downs in the transition from full-time motherhood to full-time work. But it was so fun to get to do a little bit of baking this weekend and feel like "me" again, and celebrate a little of where I come from ☺️

Moving forward, this page will mostly be me just sharing the fun bakes that bring me joy, so thanks for coming along for the ride! 🫶

This is it my friends, my last week at the Orem Farmer's Market!! I decided to do something special, so I'll have two new flavors tonight in the picnic baskets - Peach Scones and Blackberry Jam Cookies!

Hi! I'm Kaitlin!
I'm a baker based in Utah County, Utah. I'm also..... a Full-Time Mom.. a Full-Time Wife.. a Part-Time Business Student (heading into my last semester 🥳).. a Big Time Music Lover.. a low-key Hiker.. an Amateur Foodie.. a novice Crocheter.. and I'm sure much more 😅

Palmer's Pastries is the product of a 10 year old's dream, started back during COVID and ever-evolving. I operate under Utah's HCHFA laws, and I bake out of my small apartment kitchen! This summer I've been having a blast at the but I also do cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and anything else you can talk me in to making 😉 I love good food and the way it brings people together, and some of my favorite memories are centered around food.

And, if you made it this far, I just want to say, Thank you for being here!! ❤️❤️
