Bakery Baking has been a passion of mine and as many of my friends know, I have always dreamed of opening a bakery.

A few months ago, my husband was injured at work and subsequently laid off. Instead of letting it get the best of us, we decided to turn this challenge into an opportunity. An opportunity to share with your family the culinary creations that have blessed our family for years.

2 layer French vanilla cake with chocolate icing for my sons 2nd Birthday

I know more and more people trying to eat ”clean” including myself and family and it's a lot of work, so my question is...

What would you guys think of me adding to the menu? Homemade clean hummus and tortillas in several flavors. More breads, snacks and dips made without all the preservatives found in store brands. Even frozen clean and healthy casseroles for you and your family! Would anyone be interested in this?

Whew... Just finished orders for tomorrow. Today we did a party platter, 3 dozen Oreo Truffles, 2 dozen pretzel sticks, Salted Caramel Bark and Espresso Bark, a Pumpkin Roll, 6 Teacher Treat Bags and 20 loaves of assorted Breads! Thank you to everyone who has placed an order us...... We hope you enjoy as much as we appreciate baking for you!!
