Happy birthday to me! 🥳🥳 these cupcakes were a gift from me to my office, and it’s safe to say they were a hit! Now I like to experiment when I get the opportunity so here are some new things I tried:
- Biscoff Filling- some of the cupcakes were topped with and filled with cookie butter and they turned out amazing!
- Cream cheese in my buttercream- I didn’t use too much, but just that touch made a difference. The texture was hard to navigate at first, but it turned out amazing in the end. 10/10 shall be doing again 😊
- Flavor Indicators- I think I made this term up lol. However I wanted a way for people to be able to differentiate between cookies and cream, Biscoff and Vanilla since it’s not evident on first glance. I did this by adding extra of each topping to the surface of the cupcake before decorating!
