Our Antipasto Salad is loaded with all the good stuff:
Crisp romaine, salami, shaved parmesan, marinated artichokes, olives, pepperoncini, fresh bruschetta mix, and toasted garlic bread served with house dressing on the side. 🇮🇹✨

It’s fresh, savory, a little tangy, and big enough to be the kind of meal you think about the next day.

🇺🇸 At Valentina’s Italian Bistro, the Missing Man Table is more than a display — it is a quiet reminder of the brave U.S. Military Service Members who never made it home. Fallen. Missing. Prisoners of war. Their absence is always remembered here.

Each item at the table carries meaning:

🌹 The red rose represents the lives of these heroes and the loved ones who continue to hold onto hope.

🍋 The slice of lemon reminds us of their bitter fate in foreign lands.

🧂 The salt symbolizes the tears shed by families waiting for answers.

🕯️ The candle reflects hope — for remembrance, for peace, and for those still unaccounted for.

🍷 The inverted glass reminds us they cannot raise a toast with us.

🪑 The empty chair is the seat forever left unclaimed.

And the round table itself represents our everlasting concern for those still missing.

This Memorial Day weekend, we pause to honor and remember those who sacrificed everything for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙
