It was sometime in 2008 when I recall being hit by an unrelenting craving for a box of chocolates. NOW. I went on a mad search and brought home box after disappointing box. I knew after throwing the third or fourth box into the trash that I wanted to try making my own truffles. I didn't have the patience to order some, so I found a recipe and went for it! That was it. hey fun to create, they were fun to eat and share! So it was that a hobby was born. Over the years that hobby has turned into something I really love - something I literally dream about (well, who doesn't dream about chocolate?!). I get giddy thinking about which flavors I could experiment with or how I might garnish the next batch. I made dark chocolate raspberry truffles for the first time January 2016 - one of my favorites! Another favorite is dark chocolate nougats - I am eager to make those! I am grateful to have a growing number of friends and family who share my enthusiasm (and are willing taste-testers!). Enjoy the journey with us!
