Did you know, Traditionally, a bear claw is a sweet pastry with several finger-like sections that resemble a bear’s toes and claws. They’re often made with:
Danish or laminated dough for a flaky texture.
Almond filling or other sweet fillings.
Glaze or icing
Our bear claws are made airy yeast dough which is more like glazed yeast-dough bear claws than traditional flaky almond bear claws.
They are filled with delicious chopped apples filling and with our beloved fresh glazed.
