Slow-cooked until the apples turn into a rich, cozy spread with all those warm fall flavors we love. It’s the kind of thing that makes a slice of sourdough toast feel a little extra special… and somehow disappears much faster than you planned. 😉

Spread it on toast, biscuits, pancakes, or warm bread—or just grab a spoon. I’m not here to judge.

Why do I do this to myself?!

I made these Cinna-Bun Bites Focaccia for the Wednesday business group this morning… and made ZERO extras for myself. 🥺😝

Introducing Cinna-Bun Bites Focaccia — soft, fluffy sourdough focaccia swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar and baked into pull-apart, cinnamon-roll-inspired bites. Basically… cinnamon rolls and focaccia had a very delicious baby.

And yes, I will absolutely be making myself some next time. Because apparently I need to start baking for the baker.

I’m so glad you’re here! Three Crumbs is a small, home-based bakery where everything is made from scratch in small batches with lots of love (and plenty of sourdough 😉).

I bake weekly by pre-order, with a rotating menu of sourdough breads, sweet treats, muffins, focaccia, scones, and other goodies. What’s available changes from week to week, so there’s always something new to look forward to!
