Made this egg and dairy free Lasagna! These are my go to cheeses!! Violife is the absolute best and our go to for cheese. Look at that melting! The just like mozzarella and just like parmesan were perfect in this recipe! It’s creamy and delicious! My son enjoyed it so much!
