I had a bride ask me if I had ever done an ice-cream wedding cake. I have done ice-cream cakes but not a whole wedding cake that sits out for multiple hours like a wedding cake. She then said, "My fiancé has it all figured out! He is going to take a freezer and add plexiglass as the sides! So, lets make a Wedding Ice-Cream Cake!" Last weekend was the big day for this wonderful couple! I must say it was a very very cool, 1 1/2 hour drive to deliver the cake. But, it was one of the most beautiful drives I have done! It was at the Beautiful Spillian in Fleischmanns, NY. Located in the Catskill Mountains, and the colors were in full peak! It is always a great pleasure to be apart of making dreams come true!
