Step back in time with us at the Bear. Behind this little polar bear is the original Polar Bear recipe book used on Main Street Oneonta since 1949, Pie and the Sky In Otego, and now here on 28! The pages are worn and weathered; this book holds the secrets of a bygone era and timeless, treasured recipes that continue to inspire us at the Bear. I’m sure some of you have cookbooks that tell a similar story at home … passed down from your grandmothers or great grandmothers …. So much love.
