Although the bread stand is closed for the season, pre-orders are still open year-round! You can place your order every Sunday and pick up your fresh bread and baked goods on Fridays.

Hi, I’m the face behind Joy’s Sourdough.
I’m a mom of 4, a wife, and, somewhere along the way, I became my community’s baker.

I love being a mom above all else, and I take so much pride in my family. They are at the heart of everything I do—and a huge part of why I built this little bakery in the first place.

I run a small cottage bakery specializing in naturally leavened sourdough breads and baked goods. I mix the dough. I shape the loaves. I bake, package, clean, shop for ingredients, answer messages, plan menus, keep the books, handle customer service, take the pictures, do the marketing… all while being a mom and homeschooling 3 of my 4 children.

My goal has always been simple: to make honest, handmade breads and baked goods.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and supported me yesterday.
I definitely cried thinking about how well it went. I worked my absolute bum off baking, and seeing it all pay off was such an incredible feeling.

I’m so, so grateful for every person who stopped by, purchased something, shared a kind word, or simply cheered me on. You have no idea how much it means to me.

I’ll be taking this week off to clean, rest, and reset.
