Friends,

I have decided to pull out of the Great Rivers Market & close the chapter of Mystic Macarons. I started this business in December 2017 when my oldest daughter, Adeline, was 9 months old—she is now 5 years old & her younger sister, Emma, is 3 years old. I am in a season of life where my family needs more from me & I am finding that I cannot sustain a healthy mind while continuing to stretch myself so thin. This decision was not easy to make & was given many hours of intentional thought/processing.

Thank you for all of your support & business these past years. You’ve taken me on an adventure & with that, I hope I’ve made some bellies happy ✌🏻♥️

Life has been so busy & I haven’t had much time to bake. That being said, I am excited to announce that Mystic Macarons will be at the Great River Market on December 10th!

Easter Macarons 🐰

2022 flavors will be:

Cherry Peep: Silky, maraschino cherry swiss meringue buttercream filled with a marshmallow center.

Robin’s Egg: Chocolate ganache surrounded by a malt, whipped buttercream.

Boxes will consist of one dozen macarons for $24 & pickup will be April 15th & 16th.

Edit: It’s German Chocolate Cake! I’ve never made this flavor before but I am always down to make some gooey, delicious frosting. This homemade German Chocolate Cake frosting will be surrounded by a ring of chocolate cake buttercream. I.can’t.wait.
