We will have limited bread and pastry at our Onalaska location this coming Friday, June 19 from 8 am to 1 pm! Our team is still working out production kinks at our La Crosse location, but we've got our fingers crossed that we will be able to reopen next Friday through Sunday, June 26-28. Thank you for your continued patience!

Market Street Bakery Update! The Opus team has been bustling around our shiny new kitchen as we test equipment, adjust recipes, and generally get the space ready for production. The good news: the kitchen is running smoothly, our new hires are getting up to speed quickly, and we've worked out all sorts of kinks. Unfortunately, we've hit a snag with the exterior of the space that has prevented us from opening when we originally hoped to. Top Humans are working diligently to address said issue, and we hope to have a resolution soon.

Regarding Onalaska Opus, we moved all of our pastry equipment to La Crosse a couple of weeks ago and so we are unable to reopen our Onalaska shop while we wait for the green light to open our new store. Yes, we bummed and frustrated, too. But good things come to those who wait! 😁🥐

REMINDER! Opus is beginning our move to the new location and will be closed all of next week. Make sure to pop in today or tomorrow for some treats.

We are open Friday and Saturday ONLY again this week.

Also, we will be moving equipment from Onalaska to La Crosse next week and so will be CLOSED the last week of May. Things are happening quickly now--we are getting close! More updates to follow.

Opus will once again be open Friday & Saturday 8 am to 1 pm ONLY this week. Come early for the best selection! Highlights of this week's menu include spring onions with brie, rhubarb with pistachios, citrus curd with hibiscus, and spinach with bacon. That, plus all of the usual goodness. 🌱🥐

Onalaska Update! Beginning May 7, our Onalaska retail days will be limited to Friday & Saturday as we prepare to shift production to our La Crosse location.
