Hi friends! It’s been a while. I’ve been baking, but on a much smaller scale. I wanted to share a few things I’ve done recently.

Also…I moved to the Madison area. I won’t be able to do as much baking in the La Crosse, but hit me up if you’re looking for treats in Mad Town!

Today’s treats…eclair cake and cupcakes (graham cracker cake, custard filling, vanilla buttercream, with chocolate ganache).

And I finally just had one. They were delicious!

Happy New Year everyone.

As of right now, I wanted to let you all know that I will not be taking any new orders for the time being. I’m going to be taking a hiatus for a while to focus on me for a bit.
