140 Korean Garlic Cream Cheese Buns later… 🧄🧈🥖✨

What a weekend! My house smelled absolutely incredible, and while I’m definitely exhausted, I learned so much from making my biggest batch yet.

Seeing so many of you enjoy the Korean Garlic Cream Cheese Buns made all the hard work worth it. They were such a hit, especially within my Vietnamese community, and it means so much to be able to share flavors that remind us of home while introducing them to others.

Thank you to everyone who ordered, supported, and trusted my little bakery. Every weekend teaches me something new, and I’m so excited to keep growing and bringing you even more delicious baked goods.

Every week I’m amazed by the support Rosy’s Dough & Co. receives. Whether you’ve placed an order, shared a post, recommended me to a friend, or simply followed along on this journey, it means more than you know.

When I started this little micro-bakery, I never expected so many people to trust me with their family dinners, weekend treats, and special occasions. Seeing repeat customers come back week after week is the biggest compliment I could ever receive.

From sourdough and cinnamon rolls to focaccia and flan, my kitchen was BUSY this week! 😅❤️

One of the biggest hits was definitely the flan. I made 120 flans, and you all absolutely loved them! 🤯🍮 If you haven’t tried it yet, you NEED to add it to your next order. It’s creamy, silky, and so delicious!

I’m now taking orders for this weekend June 7th! If you’d like fresh sourdough, focaccia, or cinnamon rolls, send me a message to reserve your spot. Orders close Friday night so I can bake everything fresh on Saturday for Sunday pickup.

After years of loving baking and sharing it with the people around me, I’m so excited to finally start my own little bakery journey 🤍

I’ll be selling homemade sourdough, focaccia, and cinnamon rolls made with so much love and care. Baking has always been my love language, and I truly can’t wait to share that love with all of you through every order.
