UPDATE: Giles Road ALL DIRECTIONS is now closed between 96th and 107th to allow crews room to maneuver to remove the poles and power lines from the road.

Numerous power poles along Giles Road have blown over and landed in the roadway. As a result westbound Giles Road is closed from 96th Street to 107th Street. We have officers and OPPD at the scene, but the road will be closed for at least several hours, so please avoid the area.

Alright you guys. I have not been looking forward to making this post. This past 5 years have been a magical, mystery tour of the food industry in Omaha. This month, our lease is up and we are not renewing. With the current economy, the continued rising prices of ingredients, we decided to continue our adventure in a new way. I am looking forward to having more family time. We are still taking some orders. Our last day with baked goods will be Saturday the 22nd. For my Westside students we will have lunches for you the week after your spring break. THANK YOU TO ALL OUR PATRONS & THE PATRONS THAT HAVE BECOME OUR FRIENDS.
