Been a busy month with graduations, mothers day, birthdays, a wedding to attend..... so the weekly pics are delayed but was super happy with how the homemade salted caramel sauce turned out for my salted caramel cupcakes. Always a favorite of mine. What is next? Memorial day and fourth of july parties?

Just wanted to thank everyone who stopped by to see me yesterday at Blair's Car Cruise/Car Show. And thank you to the American Legion for letting me set up there! I had a great time talking to new people, and hopefully made some connections for the future. Now it's time to move on to this week's graduation cupcakes! There's still time to order if you have a grad party coming up!

Today is the annual car cruise/car show in blair and Ive got a table set up at the American legion in blair. Stop by, grab food from a good truck, grab a beer from the beer garden, and grab a cupcake from me!!! Plus see some cool cars!

This weeks cupcake was a fun challenge from a few years ago - could i make a banana split cupcake? - The answer - Yes! Strawberry, vanilla and pineapple cake layered with a banana buttercream, chocolate ganache, whipped frosting and topped with a cherry!
