It breaks my heart to type this up but as of today The Bubbly Tart is permanently closed.

2025 was a difficult year for me personally and with all of my life changes, I put the bakery up for sale. Mid January, contracts were signed and the bakery was getting ready to transition owners. Last Friday I was informed the new owner no longer wished to proceed and had cut all communications.

As much as I love this bakery, my employees, and all of you, I just don't have it in me to continue anymore.

I don't see this as a failure but knowing when it's time to take care of myself and walk away.

I will miss you all so much, all the memories created will not be forgotten. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.🩷

PS- if you've made a deposit for a future event, I will be getting back to you all ASAP.

All you can eat cake! Will you be the one to finally finish?

We still have spots for this Saturday from 1:30-3:00pm

The cost is $35 per person, including all taxes and fees.
You will start off with SIX slices of cake!
We will have a variety of cakes for you to choose from (all cakes will contain dairy, eggs, and flour).
Finish those six? Just ask for more!

Additional drinks like tea and coffee can be purchased at the bakery.
