GF/DF Crab Cakes + Lemon Aioli 😍
Ingredients
Crab Cakes
* 8 oz premium crab claw meat
* 1 egg
* ⅓ cup mayonnaise
* ½ tsp ground mustard
* 1 1/2- 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1/2 cup gf breadcrumbs
* Butter or oil for frying
Lemon Aioli
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* 1–2 tsp lemon juice
* 1 small garlic clove (or garlic powder)
* Pinch of salt
* Optional: lemon zest

Instructions (4 simple steps)
1. Make aioli
Mix mayo, lemon, garlic, and salt. Chill.
2. Mix crab cakes
Whisk egg, mayo, lemon, mustard, and Old Bay.
Gently fold in crab. Add crumbs until it just holds together.
3. Form + chill
Shape into patties. Refrigerate 30+ minutes.
4. Cook
Pan-fry in butter/oil over medium heat
4–5 min per side until golden.
Serve
Top or dip with lemon aioli + lemon wedge.
