As promised this is what my weekend looked like 5 wedding cakes and 50 dessert cups later it was exhausting, crazy, and extremely messy! The last photo is what happens when a ballon with chocolate explodes all over you. Thanks Rachel for allowing me to do your wedding and thanks Kari for letting me do your moms birthday.

HI! I’m Nathan Wegner owner, operator, and pastry chef of Love Nate’s. I’m 20 years old and have 1 year of professional pastry training. I was an executive pastry chef of a 5-star 4 diamond Marriott autograph collection. I have a lot of experience in baking for large and small gatherings, I have been baking since I was 8 years old. That is the time in my life when I decided pastry would be my lifelong passion. I started Love Nate’s to continue to learn and grow in my knowledge of pastry. As well as just to share my passion and love for food with everyone I can and have fun doing it!
