Now is the time to order bagels for Wednesday.
To order, text 402-616-4100 and you will be texted Wednesday when your bagels are ready to pick up at 7664 S 162nd St.

Bagels you can order include:

Chocolate Chip
Almost Heaven

There are always run-overs on orders, so there will be bagels on the kiosk Wednesday for anyone walking by wanting to stop and pick up some bagels.

2 boules brown sugar cinnamon swirl sourdough
2 pans (8x8) of cinnamon rolls - still hot
1 package cinnamon raisin bagels
1 package cinnamon raisin English muffins
1 package plain English muffins
1 boule cinnamon raisin English muffin bread
1 boule (very large) roasted garlic and Parmesan cheese English muffin bread
1 boule plain sourdough bread (as soon as it cools down)

Currently on Mother Mary’s kiosk at 7664 S. 162nd St. there are :
2 baguettes,
2 packages of English muffins,
1 package Asiago bagels,
2 boules brown sugar cinnamon sourdough,
2 packages cinnamon raisin bagels and
1 package cinnamon raisin English muffins.

On the kiosk this morning are 4 packages of bagels - 1 with 2 Almost Heaven bagels; 1 with 4 cinnamon raisin; 1 with 4 Asiago; and one with 3 plain.

Asiago cheese smells really bad. So if you smell something on my front porch that does not smell right, it is probably Asiago. (It really tastes good when you toast it!)

Tomorrow there will be English muffins, a few sourdough boules (plain and brown sugar cinnamon), and some baguettes, as well as a few bagels - run-overs from other orders.

We are encouraging orders, especially if there is something you are really hoping to get, as Mother Mary is not making as much extra product during the summer months for open sell.

These bagels are making it out to the kiosk at 7664 S 162nd St. in Millard Park.

Mother Mary is packaging them in paper bags and they will keep for 2-3 days on your counter top. The outside crust will get a little dryer but the insides will stay moist.

Mother Mary and Father Karl have not had bagels hang around long enough to spoil. So we know they last at least a week. We recommend storing them in a plastic bag after 2 or 3 days so they don’t get too tough to cut.

Today is June 1st. This is Mother Mary’s schedule for the week.

June 1st- 2nd (Monday and Tuesday) - taking orders for the week. Call or text 402-616-4100 to order.

June 3rd (Wednesday) - Bagel baking day (Please place an order if you want bagels)

June 4th (Thursday) - Bread baking (Please place an order if you want bread or English muffins)

June 5th (Friday) - English muffins and bread and baguette baking (Please place orders)

June 6th (Saturday) - Bread baking (Please place an order by Thursday evening if you want fresh bread for Saturday)

On baking days, there may be run-over product you will be able to purchase from the kiosk. Anything that is NOT in a white plastic bag with a name on it is available for purchase.

Bagels are out on the kiosk at 7664 S 162nd St.

If you want bread for Friday or Saturday this week, please order by calling or texting 402-616-4100 today, May 28th.

Orders received before 10 am will be filled Friday and orders after 10 am will be filled Saturday.

Hopefully this will keep my house a little cooler during the upcoming summer months.

Mother Mary’s sourdough bagels are making their way to the kiosk.

Most of the plain, everything bagel and Almost Heaven bagels are baked but there are still 2 hours of baking left until all are done.

Mother Mary is allowed to post once a day on the neighborhood website, so until all the baking is done, your word of mouth is much appreciated!

There will be bagels at Mother Mary’s Sourdough kiosk tomorrow. Flavors will be plain, cinnamon raisin, craisin walnut, Asiago, Everything Bagel, and Almost Heaven.

Otherwise just stop by the kiosk at 7664 S 162nd St after 10 am am and pick out your own selection of sourdough bagels.
