Well, my energy level bounced back! So far today, before noon… I have sourdough bulk fermenting going on for 4 separate inclusion 🥖loaves, roasted fresh garlic 🧄, double chocolate 🍫 chip sourdough muffins 🧁, boiled a dozen fresh farm eggs 🥚, boiled potatoes 🥔 for homemade potato salad, and still thinking 🤔 about making some focaccia!

Phew!!! Passed the float test! First batch will be 4 different inclusion loaves 🥖. Roasting some garlic 🧄 now! Then starting 4 loaves of soft sourdough sandwich 🥪 loaves! Busy day prepping dough! I absolutely love ❤️ what I do! Dough Bites Bakery

Subsequent to our relocation to another state, we are planning to recommence taking orders in the next 6-8 weeks. The necessary business license 🪪 has been obtained. We are presently awaiting the outcome of a well inspection, home inspection, and our WSDA Cottage Bakery 🥯 permit. It is worth noting that WA has more rigorous licensing and permitting requirements for cottage bakeries compared to TX. In the interim, we are developing and refining exceptional sourdough recipes! Stay tuned! 🍪🥖🧁
