I am a graduate from South Puget Sound Community College, I have my AA as well as my certification in Baking and Pastry Arts. I have also worked in a professional kitchen producing mass quantities of cakes, cupca
kes, cookies, breads, pies, and more. I love to create classic treats that make your mouth water- but in a brand new way of doing things. I specialize in classic cakes and cupcakes, such as traditional vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, cheesecake, chiffon, strawberry and more.
