Mise en Place Bakery Mise en Place Bakery is about bringing taste and nostalgia together. If you have pastry dreams, let my bakery make them your reality. Desserts for everyone!

I would love to make baked goods for your birthday party, wedding, or if you just want some sweets. Mise en Place Bakery was started by Jade Blake Herrington, a local Olympia pastry chef. I am a graduate from South Puget Sound Community College, I have my AA as well as my certification in Baking and Pastry Arts. I have also worked in a professional kitchen producing mass quantities of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breads, pies, and more. I love to create classic treats that make your mouth water- but in a brand new way of doing things. I specialize in classic cakes and cupcakes, such as traditional vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, cheesecake, chiffon, strawberry and more. I also have a huge passion for vegan baking and dietary needs baking. If you are vegan or have allergies, please let me know and I am more than happy to accommodate.
