I’ll choose coming together and supporting each other any day. Each of these businesses are amazing businesses and people. Remember that we’re all just families doing what we love to make our community happy and proud.

Over the last few days, we’ve been reminded just how much it means when local businesses and neighbors choose to support one another.
We want to take a minute and recognize some people who have really gone out of their way to support Appetite Avenue.
To Hungry Hillbilly thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown Appetite Avenue. We appreciate you more than you know. And if you see that Hungry Hillbilly trailer sitting somewhere, go get you something good to eat! We know firsthand there’s some good food coming out of that trailer. ❤️
To Off Road Diner And Dogs thank you for coming to see us, trying our food, and then going out of your way to recommend us to your customers and followers. Support like that from another locally owned restaurant says a whole lot about what supporting local is really supposed to mean. ❤️
To Sugar Britches Bakehouse you have been in our corner in a BIG way. From recommending our food and sharing our menu to talking us up in the comments and trusting us to carry some of your incredible treats, you’ve helped introduce Appetite Avenue to people who may not have found us otherwise. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
To Bug-Wiser Pest Solutions, LLC thank you for helping us bring Bug Discovery Day to life. Watching the kids learn, explore and have a good time made the day worth every bit of it. 🐜🐛🐞
And to Morgan County Today thank you for walking through our doors and giving Appetite Avenue a chance. Having people in our surrounding communities discover what we’re building here in Oliver Springs means a great deal to us and we appreciate the opportunity. ❤️
But this thank-you goes beyond businesses and pages.
It’s also for every person who has eaten with us, come back a second time, brought somebody new, shared one of our posts, recommended a menu item, left a comment or told somebody, “You need to go try that place.”
We see it.
And we don’t take any of it for granted.
Appetite Avenue is still growing. We’re still learning. We’re still improving. And yes, we’re still working our tails off. 💪🏼
What has meant the most is discovering that there are people and businesses around us who genuinely want to see other local families succeed.
That’s what community is supposed to look like.
